Golf carts and utility vehicles may be operated on the town streets during daylight hours, as well as after sunset and before sunrise. In order to operate golf carts and utility vehicles after sunset and before sunrise, the vehicles must be equipped with operational headlights, taillights and brake lights. If a golf cart or utility vehicle does not have operational headlights, taillights and brake lights, it may be operated on town streets only between one-half hour before sunrise to one-half hour after sunset.
