(A) Speed limit on streets.
(1) No person shall ride, drive, push, pull, tow, or otherwise propel any vehicle over and along the streets of the town at a speed in excess of the posted speed limit.
(2) No person shall ride, drive, push, pull, tow, or otherwise propel any vehicle over and along the streets of the town at any place where there is no posted speed limit at a speed in excess of 30 miles per hour.

(B) Speed limit on alleys. No person shall drive a motor vehicle upon the public alleys located within the town in excess of 15 miles per hour.
