§ 96.25 CREATION; PURPOSE.
   (A)   The city hereby creates and establishes the Recreation Commission of the city.

   (B)   The purpose for which the Recreation Commission is created and established is to advise the City Council and City Administrator in any matters pertaining to the recreation programs in the city and to advise to the use of any properties owned or controlled by the city, or on any other properties with consent of the owner, or authorities who control it.
