§ 90.08 MAXIMUM NUMBER OF DOGS.
   It shall be unlawful to keep more than two dogs, licensed or unlicensed, that are over six months old at any residence within the city, unless the owner possesses a kennel license as approved by the Planning Commission. Any residence that has more than two dogs upon the adoption of this chapter shall be grandfathered. However, if these dogs should be permanently removed from the residence for any reason, they shall not be replaced, no more than two dogs shall be allowed per residence.
