§ 34.01 STATE LAW ADOPTED.

   The state’s Emergency Management Act, M.S. §§ 12.01 et seq., as they may be amended from time to time, is hereby adopted by reference to the same effect and purpose as if the pertinent sections thereof were herein set out in full.

§ 34.02 LOCAL ORGANIZATION.

   There is established a local organization for emergency management with a director, who shall be appointed by the Mayor, who shall have the responsibility for organization, subject to the direction and control of the City Council. The City Council has hereby adopted the Crow Wing County Emergency Response Plan.
