§ 50.999 PENALTY

(A) Anyone who violates any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is specifically provided, shall be, upon conviction, guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined no more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense. Each day's continued violation shall constitute a separate offense.

(B) Any person, firm, or corporation found guilty of violating the provisions of §§ 50.003 or 50.004 shall be fined not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) and each day shall be a continuing violation.
