(A) Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter for which a specific penalty is not provided shall be deemed guilty of a violation and shall be fined not less than twenty dollars ($20.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).

(B) Any person who violates the provisions of § 40.201 shall be fined in accordance with the schedule of fines contained in KRS 189.394 as is presently in force and as it may be from time to time amended thereafter.

(C) (1) Any person who violates the provisions of § 40.300 shall be deemed guilty of a violation and shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Each day the violation continues to exist shall constitute a separate offense.

(2) Should a motor vehicle be in violation of § 40.300 for three (3) successive days, the motor vehicle may be towed away from the area of violation. The owner of the motor vehicle shall be responsible for all towing and storage expenses.

(D) Anyone who violates § 40.400 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) or imprisoned for not more than ninety (90) days, or both.

(E) Any person found guilty of violating the provisions of § 40.700 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not less than ten dollars ($10.00) for more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).
