(A) The park hours are for Tower Park at the South end of Water Street to be 6:00 a.m. through 6:00 p.m. from November 21 through March 1 of each year, and 6:00 a.m. through 9:30 p.m. from March 2 through November 20 of each year. Reservations for the private use of the shelter house building located in the park are exempted from these designated hours.
(B) Penalty. Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not to exceed $100 for each violation.
