§ 30.02 ELECTION PRECINCTS.
   (A)   The village is, for the purpose of conducting village elections, including primaries for such other purposes as may be provided by law, divided into precincts pursuant to the State Election Code.
   (B)   The boundaries of the various precincts, and polling places applicable thereto, shall be as designated in the election ordinances passed and approved by the Board of Trustees and Mayor prior to any village election, including primaries for other purposes as may be provided by law.
   (C)   Wherever a street is indicated as the boundary of a precinct, the center line of the street shall be considered to be the boundary line of the precinct; provided, however, that, if the street or some part thereof constitutes some portion or all of the distance for which the street is hereinabove designated as the boundary of any precinct, then that part of the street which is the boundary of the village shall also be the boundary of the precinct, and provided further, that if any streets be not dedicated throughout the entire distance for which it is indicated as one of the boundary lines of any precinct, then the prolongation of the center line of the street shall be considered to be the boundary line.
