§ 37.09 AUTHORIZED USE OF VILLAGE VEHICLE.
   Effective immediately, it is the policy of the Village of Crestwood that the following employees and elected officials shall be provided with village vehicles, with the insurance, costs of fuel and maintenance paid by the village:
   (A)   The Fire Chief.
   (B)   The Fire Marshal and Building Inspector.
   (C)   The Mayor.
