§ 114.04 VIOLATION AND ENFORCEMENT.

All of the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of any party, license holder, distributor, or operator shall be subject to all of the provisions of the Illinois Video Gaming Act, ILCS Ch. 230, Act 40, § 1 through 85, inclusive, and as hereafter amended from time to time.
