Failure to have an approved building plan within 30 calendar days of filing the registration form or failure to comply with an approved vacant building plan shall constitute a violation of this chapter and subject the owner of the building to the penalties set forth in this chapter and to any and all remedies that the village may avail itself of including, without limitation, an action to compel correction of property maintenance violations.
