§ 125.20 PETITION FOR REVIEW OF DENIAL.

In the event the application for a license required by this chapter is denied, within ten calendar days thereafter, the applicant may file a petition for review of the action denying the application, which petition shall be under oath and shall be filed with the Village Clerk.
