A license issued pursuant to this chapter shall be displayed in a conspicuous place in the hall or near the main entrance inside the home. Such license shall be valid only in the hands of the person to whom it is issued and it shall not be subject to sale, assignment, delegation to a surrogate or management company, or other transfer, voluntary or involuntary, nor shall it be valid for any premises other than those for which originally issued.
