§ 125.04 COOPERATION WITH VILLAGE OFFICIALS.

It shall be the duty of every person conducting, operating, or employed by any home regulated by this chapter to cooperate with the Mayor or his or her designated village employee or inspector to minimize the danger of the transmission of communicable diseases, in accordance with the rules and regulations promulgated by the Cook County Department of Public Health.
