§ 124.02 BUSINESS LICENSEE PROHIBITIONS.

No licensee of any business in the village shall purchase, take or receive from any person in pawn, pledge, trade or for money loaned, any catalytic converter that is not attached to a motor vehicle, or any portion of a dismantled catalytic converter that is reasonably identifiable as such.
