§ 32.206 MAYOR DESIGNATED AS THE BUDGET OFFICER.
   The Mayor, previously designated as the Budget Officer, shall serve in such capacity as authorized by ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, § 8-2-9.1, and shall implement the budgeting process in lieu of an annual appropriation ordinance as provided in ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, § 8-2-4.
