§ 159.097 PROHIBITED USES.
   No building or area shall be used for any of the following uses:
   (A)   Cooking, distillation, processing and incineration of animals; slaughterhouses, stockyards, fat rendering, soap manufacture, glue manufacture, tannery, manufacture of creosoted products;
   (B)   Extraction, preparation and processing of dust-producing mineral products;
   (C)   Manufacture and storage of explosive products;
   (D)   Production of corrosive and noxious chemicals including, but not limited to, acids, acetylene gas, ammonia, chlorine;
   (E)   Storage of junk, paper products and scrap metal;
   (F)   Storage of petroleum products;
   (G)   Uses of hammer, ball, rolling mills or drop forges; and
   (H)   Extraction, preparation and processing of dust producing mineral products, including but not limited to abrasives, cement lime, fertilizer, plaster, stone, crushed stone, stone cutting products; mining of sand, gravel, stone and top soil, is a prohibited use unless it is approved as a special use in the Heavy Industrial District pursuant to strict compliance with § 159.172 and satisfies all other requirements of the Light and Heavy Industrial Districts, except § 159.084(B).
