(A) All uses permitted in the R-1 District;
(B) Dwellings designed for and occupied by two or more families, exclusively for dwelling purposes, not exceeding 32 feet on any lot or parcel of land. Each and every dwelling unit must contain the following minimum square footage of floor area. Measurements are exclusive of halls, stairways or other common areas;
(C) Efficiency unit;
(D) One-bedroom apartment 650 square feet;
(E) Two-bedroom apartment 800 square feet; and
(F) No living quarters shall be permitted below ground level.
