The Comprehensive Plan of public improvements looking to the present and future development of the village, which Plan has been prepared and recommended to the Village Board by the Plan Commission, is hereby adopted and made the Official Plan of the village. The Official Plan, as hereby adopted, consists of the written recommendation in reference to streets, alleys, easements and public grounds as made by the Plan Commission and as incorporated herein; each and every map, chart and exhibit which is included in the recommendations of the Plan Commission, together with all notations, references and other matters shown thereon shall be as much a part of this ordinance as if the notations, references and other matters set forth by the maps were fully described herein. Specifically, the Official Plan shall include:
(A) Map titled “Official Street and Zoning District Map”, Village of Crestwood, Cook County, Illinois;
(B) Subdivision regulations, set forth in Chapter 155 to regulate and control the future physical development of the village; and
(C) The zoning regulations and maps as adopted by the Zoning Board of Appeals and the Village Board.
