(A) The Comprehensive Plan, the Land Use Plan, the Street System Plan and the Community Facilities Plan, as represented by, depicted upon and set forth in the plan documents on file in the office of the Village Clerk and as approved on 12-12-1988, by the Plan Commission, being expressly incorporated by reference herein, shall be the village’s:
(1) Comprehensive Plan;
(2) Land Use Plan;
(3) Street Systems Plan; and
(4) Community Facilities Plan.
(B) The documents, and the contents thereof, will be enactments and complements to the applicable provisions of the Official Plan of the village for the purpose of effectuating the recommendations, uses, principles and standards, benefits and long-range components of the Comprehensive Plan.
(C) The report and recommendations of the Plan Commission are accepted, approved and made a part of this section by reference.
