§ 155.51 PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS; CONSTRUCTION.
   Plans and specifications covering the construction of public improvements shall be prepared by a registered professional engineer of the state. All improvements shall be made under the supervision of the Village Engineer and shall be subject to final inspection by him or her at the time of completion and before their acceptance by the Village Board. Any changes in the details of construction made during the course of construction must be approved by the Village Engineer, and all maps showing these improvements must be revised accordingly. An accurate set of “as-built” drawings showing all changes made in the sewer, water and storm sewer plans and street improvements shall be submitted upon completion of all construction and prior to final acceptance of the subdivision or issuance of an occupancy permit.
