Upon approval of a plat, as herein provided, the Village Clerk, or other official whom the Village Board may, from time to time, designate, shall forthwith record the plat in the Recorder’s office of the county; provided, however, that, all costs incidental to the recordation shall be paid for by the submitting subdivider.
