§ 155.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   PLANNED DEVELOPMENT. A planned development need not be resubdivided into individual lots; however, it shall be controlled by the following regulations governing subdivisions.
   SUBDIVISION. A division of a lot, tract or parcel into four or more lots or other divisions of land for the immediate or future purpose of:
      (1)   Transfer of ownership;
      (2)   Building development; or
      (3)   Redevelopment, including all changes in street or lot lines.
   VARIATIONS.
      (1)   Deviations from the requirements of the plan as may be approved and granted by the Village Board after review by the Plan Commission, provided they are within the general plan or spirit of the plan.
      (2)   Recommendations regarding proposed variations shall be in compliance with the provisions hereof.
