§ 150.68 FLOORS AND RAMPS.
   (A)   Floors.
      (1)   Floors shall have a surface that is tested and approved to be slip-resistant by a nationally recognized testing laboratory.
      (2)   Floors on a given story of an individual building shall be of a common level throughout or be connected by a ramp constructed in accordance with this section.
   (B)   Ramps.
      (1)   Each ramp shall not have a slope greater than a one foot rise in 12 feet or 8.33% or four degrees, 50 minutes.
      (2)   Each ramp shall have a surface that is tested and approved to be slip-resistant by a nationally recognized testing laboratory.
      (3)   Each ramp shall have a level platform at the top which is at least five feet by five feet if a door swings out onto the platform or toward the ramp. This platform shall extend at least one foot beyond each side of the doorway; each ramp shall have a level platform at least three feet deep and five feet wide if the door does not swing onto the platform or toward the ramps. This platform shall extend at least one foot beyond each side of the doorway.
      (4)   Each ramp shall have at least six feet of straight clearance at the bottom.
      (5)   Ramps shall have level platforms at 30-foot intervals for purposes of rest and safety and shall have level platforms wherever they turn. These platforms shall be at least three feet deep.
