§ 136.04 ENCOURAGING DELINQUENCY.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, by any act or neglect, to encourage, aid or cause a child to come within the proper supervision of the legal authorities, and it shall likewise be unlawful for any person, after notice that a driver’s license of any child has been suspended or revoked, to permit the child to operate a motor vehicle during the period that the driver’s license is suspended or revoked.
