(A) Soliciting or advertising for prostitution. It shall be unlawful for any person to pursue or advertise, in any manner, his or her vocation as a prostitute or for any person to advertise the profession of a prostitute or solicit for a prostitute.
(B) House of prostitution. It shall be unlawful for any person to keep or assist in the keeping of a house of ill fame or prostitution or knowingly to reside therein or knowingly to rent, lease or permit any person to occupy any house or room owned, leased or controlled by him or her for this purpose.
