§ 132.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person violating any of the provisions of § 132.02(A) shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not more than $750 for each offense and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

   (C)   Any person who commits retail theft, as herein defined in § 132.03, shall be subject to a fine, not to exceed $750.
   (D)   Any person violating any of the provisions of § 132.05 shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in an amount not exceeding $750.
   (E)   Any person who commits petty theft, as defined in § 132.08, shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of $150 for the first offense and $300 for any subsequent offense.
