§ 131.07 ESCAPES; AID IN ESCAPES.
   (A)   Escapes. It shall be unlawful for any person convicted of any offense or in lawful custody to escape or attempt to escape from custody.
   (B)   Aid in escape. It shall be unlawful for any person to aid or assist any person to escape from lawful confinement or to assist any person to escape from the custody of any peace officer.
