§ 131.05 ASSEMBLIES; CROWDS.
   (A)   Unlawful assemblies. It shall be unlawful for two or more persons to assemble together for the purpose of disturbing the peace or for the purpose of committing an unlawful act.
   (B)   Collecting crowds. It shall be unlawful for any person to collect within the village a crowd of people to the annoyance of the citizens thereof or to the annoyance or injury of the public.
   (C)   Riots. It shall be unlawful for any person to fail or refuse immediately to disperse upon an order to do so by a police officer, when two or more persons are assembled for the purpose of disturbing the peace or for the purpose of committing any unlawful act.
