§ 122.03 LICENSE APPLICATION; INVESTIGATION.
   An application for the licenses shall be made in conformity with the general requirements of this Code relating to applications for licenses. The Chief of Police, or his or her designee, shall investigate the applicant to determine whether said applicant is of good moral character.
