(A) No person may sell, offer to sell, attempt to sell or distribute tobacco products using a cigarette vending machine unless the warning sign is permanently affixed to the cigarette vending machine in plain view.
(B) No person may sell, offer to sell or attempt to sell tobacco products at retail unless the warning sign is posted in conspicuous place on the person’s premises.
(C) All warning signs required to be displayed under this chapter shall be in place within 90 days after the effective date of this chapter.
