§ 119.57 SUSPENSION AND REVOCATION OF LICENSE.
A taxicab driver’s license may be suspended or revoked at any time for violation of the provisions of this chapter or other cause after notice and hearing as provided in this chapter. The Chief of Police may suspend the license for ten days pending final action by the Village Board. Any suspension shall be noted on the license, together with a statement of the reasons therefor, and the driver shall be deprived of his or her license by the officer suspending or revoking the license. No driver whose license has been revoked shall again be licensed as a taxicab driver in the village unless upon presentation of reasons satisfactory to the Village Board. The Village Clerk shall notify the Police Department when any license is revoked.
