§ 119.23 BOND OR INSURANCE REQUIRED.

No owner shall be licensed to operate a taxicab until he or she has complied with the state law pertaining to a surety bond or liability insurance coverage and filed a copy of the surety bond or liability insurance with the Village Clerk.
