§ 119.06 ENFORCEMENT.

(A) The licensing and inspecting of taxicabs, the examining of applicants for licenses to drive the taxicabs, the licensing of drivers and enforcing of the provisions of this chapter shall be under the control of the Chief of Police.

(B) The Chief of Police shall require that all taxicabs are kept in a condition of continued fitness for public use.
