§ 117.02 APPLICATION FOR LICENSE; FEE.

(A) An application for a commercial cake, pie, pastry, candy and confection maker license shall be made in conformity with the general requirements of the village code relating to applications for licenses.

(B) The annual license fee for a commercial cake, pie, pastry, candy and confection maker shall be as provided in § 110.14.
