§ 116.02 APPLICATION FOR LICENSE; FEE; TERM.

(A) A license to carry on the business in the village may be obtained by application to the Village Board upon the payment of an annual license fee as provided in § 110.14.

(B) Every license shall expire on December 31 next after its issuance.
