(A) Name or location change. Any change of the name or location of a business of any person doing business as a sewer builder or drain layer under this subchapter must be promptly reported to the Village Board.
(B) State license posted. The state license referred to in this subchapter shall be kept in a conspicuous place in the licensee’s place of business.
