For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
BINGO HALL. An establishment housing bingo activities licensed or required to be licensed under the Act as a provider under the Act, which operates for profit. Nothing contained herein shall define a fraternal organization, senior citizen’s center or church facility conducting bingo, incidental to its primary operations as a BINGO HALL.
