§ 114.03 GENERAL PROVISIONS.
   The issuance of video gaming stickers shall be limited and regulated as follows:
   (A)   Parties authorized to apply. Any person or entity licensed to sell alcoholic liquor may apply to the Liquor Control Commissioner for a village video gaming sticker on an application for provided.
   (B)   Display of video sticker. All video gaming terminals and video computer amusement devices at premises within the village shall display a village video gaming sticker at all times. The fee for each video sticker shall be established at the maximum rate permitted by state statute.
   (C)   Prohibited areas for video gaming. Village video gaming stickers shall not be issued for any video gaming terminal or video computer amusement device on any premise that is located 1,000 feet of a horse racing or riverboat gambling facility or is located within 100 feet of a school or a place of worship.
   (D)   Limit on stickers. No more than six video gaming terminals may be located on any premises where alcoholic liquor is sold and served for consumption on the premises.
   (E)   Location of video gaming terminals and video computer amusement devices in premises. Video gaming terminals and video computer amusement devices must be located in an area that is restricted to persons over 21 years of age. The entrance to such area must be within view of at least one employee.
   (F)   Use by persons not having reached age 21 prohibited. No holder of a license to sell alcoholic liquor may cause or permit any person under the age of 21 years to use or play a video gaming terminal device or video computer amusement device.
   (G)   Hours of operation. Video gaming terminal devices and video computer amusement devices may be played only during the hours of operation permitted for the consumption of alcohol at that establishment.
   (H)   Illinois Gaming Board rules apply. Any holder of a liquor license must comply with any provision of the Act and must also follow all rules, regulations, and restrictions imposed by the Illinois Gaming Board and the provisions of the Illinois Gaming Act, ILCS Ch. 230, Act 40, §§ 1 et seq.
