§ 114.02 APPLICATION FOR VIDEO GAMING REQUIRED.

Any establishment within the village which is licensed to sell alcoholic liquor and has obtained a license to operate a video gaming terminal or video computer amusement device from the Illinois Gaming Board at such premises shall be required to apply for and obtain a video gaming sticker from the village for each video gaming terminal or video computer amusement device located at such establishment.
