§ 112.43 PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY.
   (A)   No person under the age of 21 years shall purchase, receive or accept as a gift, nor consume any alcoholic liquor, or have any alcoholic liquor in his or her possession within the village; provided however, the possession and dispensing or consumption by a person under the age of 21 years of alcoholic liquor in the performance of a religious service or ceremony is not prohibited by this section.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any owner or occupant of any premises located within the village to allow any person under the age of 21 years to remain on the premises while in possession of alcoholic liquor or while consuming alcoholic liquor in violation of this section.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any parent or legal guardian of any person under the age of 21 years to allow the person to purchase, receive, consume or possess alcoholic liquor in violation of this section upon either public or private property within the village.
