§ 112.29 BOND AND FORFEITURE.
   (A)   Each person desiring a license under this subchapter shall execute and submit with his or her application for the license a penal bond in the sum of $2,000 with a corporate bonding company authorized to do business in the state as surety thereon, the bond to name the village as obligee and to be conditioned upon the true and faithful compliance by the licensee with all the provisions of this subchapter.
   (B)   If a licensee shall be convicted of the violation of any of the provisions of this subchapter or his or her license shall be suspended for not more than 30 days, as herein provided, or revoked and no appeal is taken from the order of suspension or revocation or any appeal taken therefrom is decided adversely to the licensee, the bond required to be posted hereunder shall thereupon be forfeited and the amount of the bond and costs thereon shall become due and payable to the village.
