§ 112.27 INITIAL LICENSE EXPENSE.
In connection with the first application of any person applying for a license under this subchapter (whether or not the issuance of the license would require an amendatory ordinance authorizing an increase in the number of Class A, Class B, Class C, Class D, Class E and Class J licenses authorized to be issued), the person shall pay at the time of the application a non-refundable initial license expense of $300, in addition to the license fees required in this chapter. The initial license expense shall be for the purpose of defraying any and all costs that the village may incur as a result of the consideration and investigations of the application. The initial license expense shall be retained by the village, regardless of whether or not the person is granted a license.
