§ 112.04 APPLICATION.

(A) Application for an outdoor patio dining and beverage area permit shall be made to the Village Clerk and may be granted, upon approval by the Mayor as Local Liquor Control Commissioner. No establishment with outdoor patio dining and beverage area shall be permitted within 100 feet of land zoned for residential purposes. The permit shall be posted conspicuously in the establishment at all times it shall be in use.

(B) Denial of an application and supervision or revocation of a permit may be appealed to the Board of Trustees comparable to the appeal procedure pertaining to alcoholic beverages licenses, as stated in §§ 112.20 through 112.50 and in the pertinent provisions thereof.
