The annual fee for an outdoor patio dining and beverage area permit shall be $200 in addition to the required underlying liquor license of the business. The outdoor patio dining and beverage area license becomes effective April 1 and shall terminate on the earlier of November 1 next following the issuance of the same or the termination of the underlying liquor license pertaining to the business.
