§ 112.02 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   OUTDOOR DINING AND BEVERAGE AREA. An open area not centrally heated or air conditioned where food and alcoholic beverages are served or consumed.
