(A) Display of license. Subject to the terms and provisions of this chapter, upon payment in full of the required license fee to the village, the village shall issue a license tag or sticker or certificate or similar evidence of license which shall be displayed by the owner of the commercial establishment in a conspicuous place. The evidence of license shall bear the signature of the Mayor and Village Clerk.
(B) Transfer of license; fee. No license granted under this chapter shall be assigned or transferred, except as hereinafter provided, nor shall any license authorize any person to do business or act under it other than the person named therein.
