(A) In all cases where licenses are required to be procured, the license shall be granted by the Mayor and attested by the Village Clerk.
(B) The Mayor shall also have the power to revoke or suspend any license so granted for any violation of any law relating to the license or to the business or occupation licensed, including, but not limited to, manner in which the business is conducted or for any violations of the terms or conditions upon which the license was granted.
