§ 98.07 OPEN FLAMES NEAR COMBUSTIBLE MATERIALS.
   (A)   No person shall take into any building, barn, vessel, boat or any other place where highly flammable, combustible or explosive material is kept, an open flame, unless the light or flame shall be well secured in a glass globe, wire mesh cage or similar approved device.
   (B)   No heating apparatus with an open flame and no artificial lighting system other than incandescent electric lights shall be used in any warehouse for the storage of rags, excelsior, hair or other flammable or combustible material nor in any shop or factory used for the manufacture, repair or renovating of mattresses or bedding, nor in any establishment for the upholstery of furniture.
